Can I sell prints of MatMire Makes designs?
MatMire Makes' Merchant tier, on Patreon or their MyMiniFactory Tribe, lets you sell prints you make yourself while you stay subscribed.
This is MatMire Makes's own commercial license, as their terms read when we checked them on 8 Oct 2026. Designers change their terms, so check the current version before you rely on it.

How you get the license
- The Merchant tier, on their Patreon or in their MyMiniFactory Tribe.
- Their Maker tier is for personal use only.
- Their Terms of Use say you may not start selling until they have given you an Authorized Seller badge, which follows once you accept the terms and complete their Authorized Seller Agreement.
- Subscribing does not include their full back catalog.
What it lets you do
- Selling physical prints of MatMire Makes designs while you hold an active subscription to the Merchant tier.
What you must do
- Print them yourself, on printers you own or control. Outside mass production and print-on-demand services are not allowed.
- Show your Authorized Seller badge on every online listing, and somewhere visible when you sell in person.
- Use your own listing photos. Their images are not allowed, apart from the badge.
- If you change a print before selling it, their terms say the change belongs to them.
What it does not allow
- Reselling, sharing, remixing or redistributing the digital files in any way.
- Selling on drop-shipping or mass wholesale platforms. They name Temu, Alibaba and AliExpress.
When it ends
- Their terms allow selling only while you have an active subscription to the commercial tier. They do not say what happens to prints left over when you cancel, so ask them before it matters.
- If they suspend or end your access, you must stop selling straight away.
- Changes to their terms apply to current subscribers 30 days after they are posted.

Where they publish
How licensing works on each platform where MatMire Makes publishes:
What to keep
If anyone ever asks whether you were licensed when you sold a print, these are what answer it. Save them as you go, not when someone asks.
- Your subscription receipts, showing which months you were subscribed. Your permission lasts only while you are, so this is what proves when you were covered.
- A copy of the license terms as they read when you subscribed, and each time they change.
- Your Authorized Seller badge, and the agreement you completed to get it.
- Where you got each design you sell, and when.
