This is Fotis Mint's own commercial license, as their terms read when we checked them on 10 Oct 2026. Designers change their terms, so check the current version before you rely on it.

How you get the license

  • The Mint Partners tier on their Patreon, which they call the merchant tier.
  • Their Peppermint and Mint Condition tiers give you the models but no consent to sell prints.
  • Only their original concepts are covered. Their own site marks which models those are: 126 of 361 when we checked.

What it lets you do

  • Selling physical prints of every model that is one of their original concepts, while your Mint Partners subscription is active.

What it does not allow

  • Selling prints of their fan art models. They say the companies that own those characters could treat it as copyright infringement, and that any use beyond personal enjoyment is at your own risk.
  • Selling or sharing the files.
  • Remixing the models.

When it ends

  • Consent to sell is given to an active Mint Partners subscription, so it ends when the subscription does.
  • Their site says the models you unlock stay yours if you stop. That is the files, not the consent to sell. Nothing is said about prints you have already made, so ask them before you cancel.

Common questions

Can I sell prints of Fotis Mint models?

Yes, with an active Mint Partners subscription on their Patreon, for models that are their original concepts.

Can I sell prints of Fotis Mint fan art?

No. The merchant tier gives no consent to sell fan art models, and they say selling it could be treated as copyright infringement by the companies that own the characters.

What happens when I cancel Mint Partners?

Consent to sell is for an active subscription, so it ends. You keep the files you unlocked. Nothing is said about prints already made, so ask first.

Where they publish

How licensing works on each platform where Fotis Mint publishes:

What to keep

If anyone ever asks whether you were licensed when you sold a print, these are what answer it. Save them as you go, not when someone asks.

  • Your subscription receipts, showing which months you were subscribed. Your permission lasts only while you are, so this is what proves when you were covered.
  • A copy of the license terms as they read when you subscribed, and each time they change.
  • For each model you sell, a note that it was marked as an original concept, not fan art, when you sold it.
  • Where you got each design you sell, and when.

The authority

This page sums up Fotis Mint's terms in our own words. Their terms are the authority, and where the two differ, theirs win. Read Fotis Mint's terms

Read from the tier descriptions on their Patreon membership page and the merchant license section of their own site, which says the same thing in the same words.

Read from Fotis Mint's own terms on 10 Oct 2026.
